WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE TO PAY FOR MY ORDER ?

During checkout, you can pay for your order using the following methods: Credit card (CB, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Bancontact (for our Belgian customers), and you can also pay in 3 installments at no extra cost using Alma for orders starting from €200.

IS MY PAYMENT SECURE ?

We pay utmost attention to the security of your online payments. Your banking details are transmitted to our server encrypted via SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol and transferred in a completely secure environment to our bank, CMC CREDIT MUTUEL. Your banking details are never stored in any way.

I'M HAVING TROUBLE PAYING FOR MY ORDER

WHERE CAN I FIND MY INVOICE ?

For any online order, your invoice is available in your account under "History and details of my orders." For purchases made in-store, please contact our customer service : contact@hircus.fr
